Documents typically requested include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Documents must be issued within the last three (3) months for address purposes and must clearly show the player's full name.

Account Accuracy and Updates
All information held on your account must remain accurate and current throughout the life of the account. If your registered name, address, payment method, or contact details change, you must update your account information promptly. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documentation may delay withdrawal processing or trigger an enhanced verification review.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. b baje reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 BDT per month to dormant accounts after the twelve-month inactive period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
Protect Your Account
Use a strong, unique password for your b baje account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP — this is available in account settings and is strongly recommended for all players who make regular BDT deposits or withdrawals.
Never Share Credentials

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Transactions

Funds deposited via a third party's payment method will be returned to the originating method without exception.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. b baje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before any withdrawal is processed, the player must have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following target timeframes:

- The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

- b baje is required to close the account by applicable law, a regulatory instruction, or a court order.
- The account has been dormant for twelve (12) consecutive months and the balance has reached zero following applicable dormancy fees.
Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request the closure of your b baje account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Before your account is closed, b baje will confirm the disposal of any remaining balance: eligible balances will be returned to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days of the account closure being finalised.
