Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between b baje ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered via the b baje website at https://b-baje.club. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing b baje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

b baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, b baje will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with b baje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and b baje. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by b baje.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version of the Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Each player may register one (1) account only on b baje. The registration of multiple accounts — including accounts held under variations of a name, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or through other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address and mobile phone number that you own and control. These contact details are used for account verification, password recovery, withdrawal OTP confirmation, and important account notifications. It is your responsibility to keep these details current. b baje is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact details on your account.

Password and Login Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b baje username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. b baje staff will never ask you to provide your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password purportedly from b baje should be treated as a fraudulent communication and reported to support immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b baje support immediately via live chat. b baje may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. b baje reserves the right to void any bets or transactions placed during a period of suspected unauthorised access pending the outcome of an investigation.

Account Accuracy and Updates

All information held on your account must remain accurate and current throughout the life of the account. If your registered name, address, payment method, or contact details change, you must update your account information promptly. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documentation may delay withdrawal processing or trigger an enhanced verification review.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. b baje reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 BDT per month to dormant accounts after the twelve-month inactive period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

b baje offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladeshi calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC T20 World Cup tournaments.

Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to players who have a verified b baje account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Some promotions are restricted to first-time depositors; others are available to all active players. Specific eligibility conditions are published on each individual promotion's dedicated page and form part of the Terms for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements for each offer are prominently stated on the relevant promotion page and are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 BDT bonus must generate ৳20,000 BDT in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met).

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Slots: Typically 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): Typically 10%–20% contribution
• Sports Betting: Contribution rates vary by market and minimum odds — see specific promotion terms
• Crash Games (e.g., Aviator): Typically 50% contribution

Bonus Abuse and Fraud

b baje actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk (known as "bonus whoring" or "matched betting on bonus funds"); coordinating with other players to exchange funds in ways that constitute collusion; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is detected, b baje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, to close the account, and to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. b baje's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated free spins will be forfeited automatically. Expiry timelines are stated in each promotion's terms. Players are responsible for tracking expiry dates — b baje is not obligated to send expiry reminders, though it may do so as a courtesy.

b baje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b baje determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or in communications with support.
• The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• The account is being used for money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal purpose.
• b baje is required to close the account by applicable law, a regulatory instruction, or a court order.
• The account has been dormant for twelve (12) consecutive months and the balance has reached zero following applicable dormancy fees.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your b baje account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Before your account is closed, b baje will confirm the disposal of any remaining balance: eligible balances will be returned to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days of the account closure being finalised.

Players closing their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than general preference — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which is designed specifically for this purpose and applies stricter protections than a standard account closure. Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances, unused free spins, and promotional credits are automatically forfeited. Real-money balances are returned to the verified payment method on record.
